Telephone Sales Consultant (Permanent)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telephone Sales Consultant to join a national blue-chip Telecoms company based in Port Solent on the outskirts of Portsmouth. Offering a competitive salary with a realistic OTE plus additional incentives throughout the year, full training and free onsite parking.
The Telesales Consultant will be working towards their individual targets for both gross profit to the business and product-specific sales, within an established sales team.
The Telesales Consultant will be responsible for making outbound calls to identify business opportunities, ultimately selling a full range of products and services including Cloud Telephony, Broadband, Mobiles, Telephone Systems, Data Solutions and our competitive Calls Discount Packages to a Small/Medium Business customer base. They will also be expected to generate opportunities for the Field Sales team and work with them to win business.
Previous experience in a telesales role would be a distinct advantage however full training will be given.
The essential qualities for the Telesales Consultant include:
• Confidence in making outbound calls
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08.30-17.30. The salary starts at £16,000.00 per annum (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission with an On Target Bonus of £8,000.00 per annum.
