Sales Manager (Permanent)
We have an exciting opportunity for a proven Telesales Manager to work for an innovative award winning company in Gosport, Hampshire.
This is a challenging and rewarding role, that will involve the management and development of a team of telesales agents on a full-time basis, responsible for up to 10 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities Include
• Setting targets, both KPI and Revenue
• Managing work-flows
• Team Development
• One 2 Ones and training
• Assisting with complex sales
• Setting incentives and promotions
• Compiling MI Reports on sales figures
• Implementing campaigns
• At least 5 years Telesales Management Experience
• Demonstrable proof of over achieving team targets
• Ability to deliver sales training
• Educated to a Degree Level (Or equivalent)
