Claims Advisor (Permanent)
Reporting directly to the new claims manager within this National Legal Firm who specialise in Personal Injury Claims following car accidents. The role of a Claims Advisor is responsible for the processing and investigating claims relating clients personal injury.
The role will involve working with the client and other professionals to ensure that the claim is valid, dealing with both inbound and outbound calls and associated admin work.
The hours are Monday to Friday on a rotating shift between 8am and 8pm and will also include occasional weekend working.

To succeed in this role, you must have the following:
• Previous Call Centre Working Experience (Minimum of 1 year)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Educated to a minimum of GCSE Level in English and Maths (Or equivalent)
